Gathering Logs - DECT

 

In the event you are having issues with your basestation or handset the Support Staff at Sangoma may request that you attach the logs and configuration files of your basestation for us.  Follow the steps below to provide this information.

  • Log into the Web GUI of your phone with your admin username and password

    • admin/admin are the default username/password

    • Once the basestation is configured using the Endpoint Manager it changes the password to be whatever you have defined in the Global Settings of Endpoint Manager on your PBX.  The default password Endpoint Manager sets is 222222.

Configuration File

  • Navigate to Configuration

  • Click "Export" and save the resulting file

System Logs

  • Navigate to Syslog

  • Save the resulting log file

SIP Logs

  • Navigate to SIP Log

  • Save the resulting log file
