How to Navigate to Devices Section
Log into the eFax Portal at http://fax.sipstation.com

Settings
Settings for each Fax CPE device you have associated with your account.Â
Â
New Name: A friendly name for your device. Eg. "Front Office" or "Accounting"
Outbound Only: Configure device to process outbound faxes only. Inbound faxes still arrive to your eFax portal and can be delivered via email (if configured), but the faxes will not arrive to the CPE for printing on your local fax machine.
Port Configuration:
Caller ID: Numeric caller ID to be used for outbound faxes sent from this port
TSI: Alphanumeric TSI (Transmitted Subscriber Identification) to be used for outbound faxes sent from this port
Default Area Code: When a fax is sent from this port where the destination number was dialed as a local number (7 digits only), prepend the specified numeric area code first

Alerts
E-mail alerts to notify you when a CPE box goes offline, or when it next checks in.

Email: The email address you want alerts sent to
Note: The note to be included with the alert
Alert
Next Check In: Alert will be triggered next time the fax CPE device checks in for service. This is typically once every 5 minutes.
Goes Offline: Alert will be triggered when the device is determined to be offline, or misses 3 consecutive checkin intervals. This is typically 15 minutes.

Status
Current status of any of your CPE boxes that are connected to our data center.
Device: The "friendly name" assigned to your device (if any)
Location: SIPStation location/account the device is attached to
Status: Unit online or offline status
Last Seen: The last time the CPE device checked in for service
