SIPStation and FAXStation - Device Status

In the Device Status section, you can see the current connection status of your fax CPE devices to our data centers. If a CPE device is offline, any fax machines plugged into that CPE device will not be able to send or receive faxes.
Only Super Users and Fax Admin users can manage Device Alerts. See Different Types of Fax Users Explained.
How to Navigate to the Devices > Status Section
Log into the eFax Portal at http://fax.sipstation.com
Click the Devices item in the navigation menu, then click the Status section.
Viewing Statuses
This page displays a table view of all your devices and their current status.
Online (green)- Device is online and connected with our data center.
Offline (red)- Device is not connected with our data center. The status includes the last date and time we saw the device check in.
Undeployed (yellow)- Device has been purchased but is not linked to any trunks or DIDs yet.
