Features/ Functionality/ Enhancements:
- Limiting the parked call hold timer to 600 seconds, with an error message triggered for any configuration exceeding this duration.
- Update to IDP and Single Sign On to allow for a better user experience when navigating through the portal.
- Nomanclature change around extension status, On → Online, Off → Offline, Critical → Never Activated.
- Added a new extension option “Prevent Dialing from AA“.
- Added the ability to specify the destination for a parked call after the timeout is reached through the On-Hold options, labeled as "Park Recall Destination”.
Bugs:
- An issue causing the portal to return an invalid session when switching between the license manager and other pages has been fixed.
