The Extension Status page displays a list of all the configured extensions for a location.

How to access the Extension Status page
Select CONFIGURATION from the top of the portal page.
Search and select the desired location.
from the left side menu:
Select Device configuration.
Select Extension Status.
How to display the CALLER ID details
Search select the desired extension.
Click the Expand ( ˅ ) icon on the far left side of the row.
