This feature lists any StarBoxes that have been purchased as a spare. Cold deactivated StarBoxes are configured for the location and stored for future use in the event that the primary StarBox fails. These StarBoxes are NOT live and operational with the active StarBox on site.

Note: This feature is only available for Business Voice + locations.
