Business Voice - How to setup email notification when I receive a new Voice Mail?

Access the Business Voice portal.

In the left side menu, click the Individual Phone Settings to access settings for the relevant phone.

Click the Voicemail link.

Set the option "Would you like your voicemail sent to your email/pager/cell phone?" to "Yes".

Enter a valid email address in the "Email Address:" field.

This will send notification to your email address without the .wav attachment. (see example below).

(Note) Remember to click "Save Changes" followed by "Save Changes to System"
