Features/ Functionality/ Enhancements:
- When new locations are built, all internal direct dials will default to the 8XX(X) range and extensions will default to the 1XX(X) range. They can be manually changed as needed, but these are the new default ranges to promote consistency
- All helps articles within portal have been updated to point to Atlassian space URLs
- All references within the portal to StarReporter have been updated to align with BV Reports relaunch/ rebranding
Bugs:
- There was a reported case of non-fax DIDs displaying incorrect behavior when changed to a fax DID. In certain cases, the DID was still associated with its previous schedule. This was fixed
- When switching location extensions to remote by adding an address, there were reports of the Save Changes to System button disappearing. this was fixed
- There were a few cases found where a schedule could be assigned to an E911 remote extension number. This was fixed

Features/ Functionality/ Enhancements:
- BV Reports has been launched and can be accessed through the portal or https://reports-bv.sangoma.com/ (BV portal credentials for users who have been licensed). Additional user guides can be found here
- BV users are now able to leverage the CPaaS IDP authorization system for BV portal
- UI enhancements in the BV Portal to allow users to pin/ collapse the main left menu once a customer is loaded
- BV page groups can now support up to 15 phones. This now matches the same upper limit as on BV+
- Multi-directional paging is now available on BV. It allows 2-way audio when paging and can be set from the Additional location information page in the BV portal. By default, it will always be set to off
- StarMessenger has been renamed to Sangoma SMS under License Management and users can assign DIDs (that have been registered with the Campaign Registry) directly from the License Management screen
- Some UI improvements around extension editing that will now keep the extension being edited in view until completed
Bugs:
- After a BV+ location was converted to a BV location, there were some instances found where a dialogue box was still displaying the need to upgrade StarBox firmware. This was fixed
