Switchvox - How do I determine which subscription codes I need using the subscription wizard

If you are not sure where to start or know which subscription codes to purchase, go to https://my.digium.com/en/forms/switchvox/subscription_status/

 

The Switchvox Subscription Helper will assist you in the following:

  • Add additional extensions

  • Upgrade your subscription to increase your access to support

  • Renew your subscriptions to keep your access to support and take advantage of new releases

 

To get started:

  1. Enter your Registration Code.

NOTE: If you do not know your registration code but you are the named user for the Switchvox registration, login to Sangoma to manage your system(s).

  1. Click Next. 

  2. You will see your Current PBX Subscriptions

    • For example xxx titanium subscriptions expiring on mm/dd/yyyy.

  3. Choose from these options:

    • What would you like to do?

      1. I need to add more subscriptions to my PBX.

      2. I need to renew my subscriptions and maintenance contract.

      3. I want to upgrade my subscription level.

  4. After making your selections, click Submit.

  5. Your desired subscription codes will be populated.
