Switchvox - Bulk-Modify Extensions (6.0)

The Bulk-Modify Extension tool lets you search for and select one or more extensions, then modify specific settings for them at the same time. Under Phone Extensions, type some search criteria, and the system will display extensions meeting your criteria.
Select the extensions you want to modify, and they are added to the Extensions collection box.
Under Phone-Extension Fields, click the tab of the type of setting you want to modify. Options are Profile Information, Phone Settings, Permissions, Outgoing Call Rules, Extension Groups, Contact Tags, and Switchboard Layouts.
Then select a setting under the tab of the selected type.
Specify the value.
Click Next button, then Add or Cancel.
Review the extensions and the changes that will be made to those extensions.
Click Save Modifications.
