Switchvox - Bulk-Modify Extensions (6.6)

The Bulk-Modify Extension tool lets you search for and select one or more extensions, then modify specific settings for them at the same time. Under Phone Extensions, type some search criteria, and the system will display extensions meeting your criteria.
To modify a set of extensions, do the following:

• Add the extensions that you want to modify to the Extensions collection box.

• Select the type of setting that you want to modify, then select a setting within that type.

• Specify the value.

• Click Continue.

• Review the extensions and the changes that will be made to those extensions.

• Click Save Modifications.
