Assignment (tab) (6.6)

Release 6.6 replaces the Extension Groups tab with the Assignment tab. When clicked, the tab displays two collector box tabs: Extension Groups and Switchboard Layouts.

Extension Groups

This collector box lets you indicate this extension's membership in Extension Groups.

To put an Extension Group into the Extension Groups collection:

• Type a name into the text field. As you type, Switchvox offers suggestions of matching groups.

• Click the Find icon to display the groups available in Switchvox.

To delete an item from the collection, select it and click the Delete icon.

To select multiple items in the collection:

• Control-click to select two or more items that aren't together in order.

• Click an item, then shift-click another item to select both items and all items between them.

Switchboard Layouts

This collector box lets you indicate which Switchboard Layouts this extension uses. The Layouts themselves are defined in Tools > Switchboard Layouts.
