Bulk Modify Extensions (6.X)

Click the Bulk-Modify Extension button to display the tool.

Open

1. Search for, then select one or more extensions to modify; they are added to the extensions collection box.

2. Then select the type of setting you want to modify. Options are under these tabs: Profile Information, Phone Settings, Permissions, Outgoing Call Rules, and Assignment.

3. Click the desired tab and specify the value or values as displayed under the tab.

4. Click Add or Cancel.

5. Review the extensions and the changes that will be made to those extensions.

6. Click Save Modifications to make changes to all of the extensions.
