Switchvox SMB 5.7.3 Release Notes
Issues Resolved
For phone extensions, phone-status is now correct where it was not correct under particular circumstances. The busy-light for a contact on a rapid dial key now correctly indicates whether or not the contact is on the phone, and 'Busy' call rules no longer take over when an extension is not actually on the phone. This was an intermittent issue for some systems under particular circumstances.
Email Notification settings for voicemail and fax are no longer deleted when Bulk Modify is used, or Phone Features are modified in the Extension Suite. This would happen under particular circumstances.
Uploading a custom SSL key or certificate to Switchvox's HTTPs & Proxy page no longer removes the Jabber Hostname mapping. This caused problems for Jabber-related features such as Status, Phonebooks, Chat, and Notifier.
Queue reports and scheduled call reports have been corrected and optimized. Under particular circumstances, queue reports would take a very long time, and scheduled call reports would be empty.
Digium Phone firmware 1_3_3_0_55755:
The phone now accommodates certain Cisco switches and 'switchport mode trunk', a setting that could take a long time to negotiate the link with the Digium phones. This extra delay prevented the phone from acquiring LLDP-MED information.
Phone now looks at additional packets from the switch until it receives all the LLDP-MED settings. This accommodates certain Cisco switches (eg. Cisco SG500X) that do not send all the LLDP-MED policy settings on the first packet to the phone.
Phone now sends an LLDP packet with TTL of zero, to clear the cache on the switch so that it responds with the proper LLDP-MED settings.
