The article Updating to Switchvox 8.0.1 contains important information for our Switchvox On-premises customers about updating from 7.9.5.2 to 8.x, including information about hardware requirements and features that are deprecated. Please read that article before updating to any version 8.x.

This version, 8.1.1, requires version 7.9.5.2 (103413). You must be on version 7.9.5.2 before you can see and update to version 8.1.1.

Issues Resolved

  • The Setup > Settings page's Refresh Cloud Connection button now refreshes this connection but does not require users' Sangoma Talk apps to be reconfigured.

  • Switchvox On-Premises Only: Admin Activity Log (only viewable by the super admin)

    • Improved the format of the JSON export

    • Corrected the admin name and ID when the activity is creating or modifying an admin
