This version, 8.2, requires version 7.9.5.2 (103413). You must be on version 7.9.5.2 before you can see and update to version 8.2.

New Features
Multi-factor Authentication
Verification via email, phone call, Google Authenticator app, or Microsoft Authenticator app. For details, see Switchvox - Using Multi-Factor Authentication .
Advanced Voicemail Search for Users
A new Advanced Search page lets a user search all voicemail by date range, caller ID, and recording type (voicemail or active-call recording). For details, see Switchvox - Using the Advanced Mailbox Search Feature .
Also, the Voicemail Mailbox is now sorted for the newest messages at the top, rather than the oldest messages.
