Hardware Configuration

-> NT Power Adapter "SPEC-BNPWR1" - More Info

When using FXS modules, an internal 12V power to A200 main board is required. Use 4-pin Molex power connector from server power supply

B700 BRI Termination resistors to switch between NT and TE modes

The B700 comes with termination resistors that have to be disabled (set to OFF) when running in TE mode and enabled (set to ON) when running in NT mode.

The resistors corresponding ports 1 and 2 are closest to the PCI base.
The ON position is closer to the NT/TE modules.
The OFF position is closer to the RJ-45 connectors.

FXO/FXS Module Installation

Slide the module into the main card until they click in properly. You should be able to read the designation FXO or FXS on the outside of the card (Remora) after installation.

FXO modules are RED in color
FXS modules are GREEN in color

FXO/FXS Modules have RED/GREEN face and BLUE back.  The analog port will glow RED (if FXO module) or GREEN (if FXS module)  depending on which type of modules is installed.
