This article is a companion document for the Switchboard Directory Panel video. The Directory Panel is a centralized place to access anyone in the organization. It can be expanded or hidden to give you more Switchboard.Â

The Directory
Includes all available contacts that you have access to, as well as a complete internal company directory that is easily searchable.

Search Bar
If you need to find someone, type their name (or part of their name) into the search bar and their contact will appear.
Â
Tags
You also have the option to organize the directory by tags. This allows you to search employees through their department.
Â
Status
You can see who is and isn't on the phone, as well as employee's individual statuses.Â

Contact Card
You have the option to click on an employee's name to view their contact card, allowing you to Dial, Transfer, Chat, or Email them.
