My Calls Widget

This is the companion article for the Switchboard My Calls widget video. My Calls allows you to control incoming calls, as well as active calls. 
 

  • OptionsWhen a call comes into your extension, you can Transfer that call, send it directly to Voicemail, or Ignore it.

After the call is answered, you have these options: Hold, Transfer, Park, Record, and End. 

 

  • TransferTo transfer a call, click the Transfer icon, select the user you wish to transfer to, and click Complete.
