Switchboard Parking Lot Widget User Training

This article is a companion document for the Switchboard Parking Lot Widget video. This widget allows you to put a call on hold and make it available for anyone to pick up.
 

Parking a Call

To do this, click the Park button in the My Calls widget.

This places the call on hold, and now anyone can see the call in their Parking Lot widget. To pick up the call, simply click on the name.
