DNS Clients

IMG 2020

The IMG 2020 can be configured to execute Domain Name System (DNS) server lookups and queries. To configure the IMG 2020 for this functionality the DNS Servers and DNS Server objects must first be configured to notify the IMG 2020 of any DNS Servers configured within a specific domain. Once these objects are created, the DNS Clients and then DNS Client object can be created. The DNS Clients and DNS Client object configures the IMG 2020 as a client of each of the individual DNS Servers. The DNS Clients object is a container or parent object and no configuration is needed here.
