Open Source - D-Phone Yellow Light Indicator Is Stuck

Digium phone is stuck showing the yellow light indicator for screening voicemail even though no message is being left. This issue occurs when the phone misses communication that voicemail has been completed or the call was ended before a voicemail was left. This is a feature that by default is set to ON in firmware versions 5.8.5+
To disable this feature:

• Go to Setup

• Manage and modify an extension

• Navigate to permissions and open Use Voicemail Features

• Set Screen Voicemail to OFF
