Manual VLAN Setup
By default Sangoma IP Phones from the factory are enabled for DHCP Option 132 and also LLDP. The phone by default will not use any hard set VLANs if Option 132 or LLDP are enabled on the phone so we need to disable these two options first. Follow the steps below to verify Option 132 and LLDP are disabled.
Log into the Web GUI of each phone from your browser with username of admin and password of admin
Click on the Network > Advanced Tab
Disable LLDP and DHCP Vlan
Set your VLAN tags for the Voice and Data as outlined below.
Save your changes and reboot the phone.
Make sure in End Point Manager (EPM) you set in your templates as shown above to disable LLDP and DHCP Vlan otherwise when the phone gets a configruation file it will revert what you just did.
Log into your PBX and navigate to the template(s) that your phones will use.
Under the VLAN Tab set the following options
Disable LLDP
Disable VLAN DHCP
Set the same VLAN tags for Voice and Data as you did above.
Optional instead of using the Phones Web GUI you can login to the Phones LCD to set the VLAN settings as shown below. Make sure you also disable LLDP and Option 132.
Currently the VLAN Settings are in the Advanced Settings >>> Network >>> QoS
