Can My Polycom Phone Show Status Updates in Switchboard?

No presence information is passed between Polycom phones and the Switchvox software. Polycom phones do not support presence indicators. They have not been programmed to report status to the pbx. 

You can adjust your Switchvox extension "status" from two places: 

  1.  The Switchboard window under My Status.

  2.  A Digium Phone (using the Status button or softkey).
