Directories Included in All Backups:

  • PBX Configuration

  • Hardware Configuration

  • Database Configuration

  • Sounds / Sound Packs

  • Profile Images

  • IAX RSA Keys

  • Audio Codecs

  • Distinctive Ringtones

  • Idle Screens

  • Phone apps

 

Optional directories that can be included in backup, if specified, when the backup is created:

  • Voicemail and Fax Files

  • Voicemail Greetings

  • Music On Hold Files

  • PBX Error Logs
