How do I disable voicemail in an extension?

Log into Switchvox as an Administrator.

Navigate to Setup-Extensions-Manage and click Modify for the extension that you want to change.

Select the Permissions tab.

Click on Use Voicemail Features.

Set Can Use Voicemail Mailbox to No.

Click Save SIP Extension at the bottom of the screen, you will be returned to the Manage Extensions page.

Now click the Login As This User button for the same extension.

Navigate to Features-Call Rules.

Delete any Send to Voicemail Call Rules.
