What Phones Will Extension Ring Rules Apply To?

Ring Rules control how your phone rings (or doesn't ring) when you receive an incoming call. Ring Rules define conditions for callers or kinds of calls, and then define what the phone does when those calls come in. A Ring Rule can play a specific ringtone for defined Call Types. Available Call Types are; direct calls, queue calls, internal calls, external calls, and all calls.

Ring Rules will only work with the following phones: 

• Sangoma/Digium D series desk phones/Sangoma P-series desk phones

• Polycom phones configured via Phone Feature Packs
