Switchboard My Calls User Training

This is the companion article for the Switchboard My Calls widget video. My Calls allows you to control incoming calls, as well as active calls. 

Options

When a call comes into your extension, you can Transfer that call, send it directly to Voicemail, or Ignore it.

Answered Calls

After the call is answered, you have these options: Hold, Transfer, Park, Record, and End.

To transfer a call, click the Transfer icon, select the user you wish to transfer to, and click Complete.
