Sangoma + Salesforce + Slack Use Case

One of the thousands use case, can be creating a Zap to provide you information on who called you and what was the call outcome.

 

Case:

Customer: Mike - My Company Support Service Manger

"I want to gather the information on the person who called My Company and regardless of the outcome, I'd like to have information on the caller and a quick way to fetch his/her details. Once retrieved those pieces of information, I'd like to have those data posted to my slack instance in a determined channel/room together with a quick link so I can explore details."

 

Sangoma: "We CAN DEFINITELY DO this thanks to Zapier and FreePBX/PBXact!"

 

 

Step 1 - Create a Zap

Our Zap will start triggering Sangoma - FreePBX/PBXact - v1.0.0 on Inbound Calls

 

Step 2 - Choose App & Event

 

Step 3 - Authenticate Account
