How to Find the IP & MAC Addresses

1. Press the Menu button.
   
   

   Open

   

2. Scroll to "Status," which should be option 5.
   
   

3. Then, select "Network Status."
   
   

4. Scroll to "IP Address" to see the IP Address of this device.
   
   

5. Scroll to "MAC Address" to see the MAC Address of this device.
   
   

How to Set the TFTP Boot Server

1. Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.

2. Log in with the phone admin password, which is "1234" by default.
   
   

3. Click on the "Management" tab at the top.
   
   

4. Then, click "Automatic Update" from the options at the left.
   
   

5. Set the "Provisioning Method" field to "Static."
   
   

6. Populate the "Configuration URL" field to your PBX. Generally this would be an IP Address, such as 10.10.0.1 in our example.
   
   

   1. You'll then be prompted to confirm you want to update the phone with the phone config it found on the configuration server. Press the "OK" button.
      
      

Reset to Factory Defaults

1. Press the Menu button.
   
   

2. Scroll to "Administration," which should be option 6.
   
   

3. Then, enter the Admin password, which is "1234" by default.
   
   

4. Select option 3, which should be "Restore Defaults."
   
   

5. Lastly, you'll be prompted with a warning that you are about to restore settings for this device. Press "Yes" to confirm.
