How to Find the IP Address
Press the “Menu” button to access the phone menu.
Scroll to “Status” and press the “Select” button.
The first option should be “Network.” Press the “Select” button.
The IP Address for this device will display here.
How to Find the MAC Address
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
When prompted, enter “admin” as the user name and “1234” as the password.
On the home page of the GUI you will see the MAC Address listed under the “General” heading.
How to Set the Configuration Server
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
When prompted, enter “admin” as the user name and “1234” as the password.
Select the “Servicing” tab at the top of the page.
Click on “Provisioning” from the options at the left.
Populate the "Provisioning Server" field to your PBX. Generally this would be an IP Address, such as 10.10.0.1 in our example.
How to Restore to Factory Default
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
When prompted, enter “admin” as the user name and “1234” as the password.
Select the “Servicing” tab at the top of the page.
Click on “Provisioning” from the options at the left.
At the bottom of the page click the “Reset” button under the “Reset Configuration” field.
A warning will then display asking you if you would like to “Reset to defaults now?” Press “OK” to confirm or “Cancel” to exit.

Scroll to “Provisioning,” which should be option 3. Then press the “Select” button.
Lastly populate the “Server” field to your PBX. Generally this would be an IP Address, such as 10.10.0.1 in our example. Use the “Backspace” button to delete characters and toggle the “ABC and 123” button to enter new characters. Then press the “Save” button when you are done.
