Sangoma Softphones - How to collect logs from mobile app

Sangoma Connect mobile app allows user to enable and collect trouble shooting logs.

 

  1. To Enable Trouble Shooting logs, got to Settings ==> Preferences and toggle the Troubleshooting log button as indicated below

 

  1. After enable the troubleshooting logs, go back to the settings page, you will see a logs menu in the information section

  2. To see and/or share the logs, go into the Logs menu. You can share the logs by clicking on the share menu as indicated below

 

Note: For better app performance and usage its is recommended to enable app troubleshooting logs ONLY when troubleshooting an issue and disable it when done with the troubleshooting.
