Sangoma Softphones - Incoming call issue with IOS Mobile V15.0.1

The Sangoma connect incoming call will not work on IOS Mobile V15.0.1, when the Do Not Disturb Focus feature is enabled.

 

Solution 1.

  • Disabling the Focus feature will fix the issue.

    • Go to Settings ==> Focus and disable the Do Not Disturb focus.

Solution 2.

  • If you don't want to disable the Focus feature then add the Sangoma connect app in to the allowed apps list.

    • Go to Settings ==> Focus.

  • Click on the Do Not Disturb. 

  • Click on the + button and add the sangoma connect app in to the allowed apps list.
