While not officially supported unless the model is specifically listed on this page, some PBX administrators have reported success provisioning Cisco 78XX devices using the 79XX EPM templates.
How to Find the IP Address
Press the "Settings" button.
Highlight "Network Configuration" and press "Select."
Then press "Select" for the first option, which is "IPv4 Configuration."
The IP Address should display as the second option.
How to Find the MAC Address
Press the "Settings" button.
Highlight "Model Information" and press "Select."
The MAC Address should display as the second option under the model number of the phone.
How to Set the Configuration Server
Cisco Enterprise phones do not support setting the configuration server through either the phone or the web GUI. The only way to make the phone grab a configuration file is to setup your DHCP server to point option 66 to the IP Address of your PBX.
How to Restore to Factory Default
Unplug the power cable from the phone and then plug it back in. The phone will begin its power-up cycle.
While the phone is powering up, and before the Speaker button flashes on and off, press and hold #. Continue to hold # until each line button flashes on and off in sequence in amber.
Release # and press 123456789*0#. After you press these keys, the line buttons on the phone flash red, and the phone goes through the factory default process. Do not power down the phone until this process is complete.

How to Find the IP Address
Press the “Applications” button.
Highlight option 5, which is “Phone Information” and press “Open.”
The IP Address will display here.
How to Find the MAC Address
Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.
The MAC Address will display at the top of the GUI home page.
How to Set the Configuration Server

How to Restore to Factory Default
Press the “Applications” button.
Highlight option 3, which is “Administrator Settings” and press “Open.”
Scroll to option 4, which is “Reset Settings” and press the “Select” button.
The first option, “Reset Device,” should already be highlighted. Press “Select.”
Lastly, you’ll be prompted with a message warning you that this action will reset your phone to factory settings. Press “Reset.”
