This report provides call metrics based on Call Reasons and Call Reason Categories.

Report Description

  • Call Metris section: Provides the metrics on how many calls with or without Call Reasons.

  • Call Reason section: Provides the metrics of calls based on the Call Reason.

  • Call Reason with Category: Provides the metrics of calls based on the Call Reason Category.

Report Filters

  • Filters provide for analysis on specific queues, agents, call reasons or timeframe

  • Date Range.

  • Active Queues, Queues Queue Groups.

  • Agent.

  • Inbound, Outbound, Both.

  • Phone Number.

Report Features

  • Download the report as a spreadsheet or PDF.

  • Schedule report delivery.
