How to Find the IP Address

  1. Select the Configuration button.

  2. Scroll to option number 9, "Network" and press select.

  3. Scroll down and you will see the IP Address.

How to Find the MAC Address

  1. Select the Configuration button.

  2. Scroll to option number 10, "Product Info" and press select.

  3. Scroll down and you will see the MAC Address.

How to Set the Configuration Server

  1. Enter the IP Address into a local web browser address field.

  2. Log in with the device user password.

  3. Click on the "Admin" option at the top and log in with the Admin user.

  4. Click on the "Advanced" option at the top.

  5. Click on the "Provisioning" tab at the top.

  6. Define the URL to your PBX, which is generally an IP Address, such as tftp://10.10.0.1/spa$MA.xml in our example. Then press the “Save” button at the bottom.

How to Restore to Factory Default

  1. Select the Configuration button.

  2. Next scroll to option 14, "Factory Reset," and click select. The phone will now ask you to confirm your selection and then reboot.

  1. Lift the handset of the phone connected to your ATA and dial **** to initiate the IVR Menu.

    1. Wait to be instructed to enter your command.

  2. Dial 110# and the IP Address will be played to you.

How to Find the MAC Address

  1. Lift the handset of the phone connected to your ATA and dial **** to initiate the IVR Menu.

    1. Wait to be instructed to enter your command.

  2. Dial 140# and the MAC Address will be played to you.
