Vega Gateways - How to connect Vega Gateways to SNMP server

1- Vega side:

• Connect to Vega through the GUI

• Navigate to ‘Expert Config’ and choose  ‘Logging’ from the left menu

• In the SNMP Communities define a name for the community and check off ‘Get’, ‘Set, and ‘Traps’

• In the SNMP manager set the SNMP server IP address and subnet  mask

2- SNMP server side:

• load either V1 or V2 of the MIB files into your SNMP server based on its version.
