Network Devices - What is the Required Firewall Setup for Sangoma SIP Trunking on a Customer Network

Sangoma SIP Trunking service customers need to open the following port groups on their firewall in order for traffic from their SIP trunk to work correctly:

  • UDP 5060

  • UDP 10000-20000
