This article is a companion document for the Switchboard Text Chat and Video Chat video. This communication tool allows you to chat or video message with anyone in your contacts.
Text Chat
Click on the name of the person you'd like to chat with and select the Chat button. A chat dialogue box will appear for you to type your message.
Video Chat
Return to the employee's contact card and click on the Video Chat option. The video widget will appear, allowing you to video chat with your contact.
