Feature requests can be made by submitting an email to: 

Below are guidelines for submitting feature requests:

 

What should a feature request email contain?

These emails should include the specific feature request and the reason the feature is needed.  This allows us to better understand the request.

 

Who should submit feature requests?

These request should be made by the partner or a customer that needs the feature or has an intimate understanding of the need as we may follow up to ask clarification questions.

 

What about software bugs?

Feature request emails should NOT be used to report software issues/bugs.  All potential bugs should be worked through Digium Technical Support.
