Support Services - How to Run the Echo Reduction Tool for Analog Lines

This tool has the potential to reduce the echo on your analog lines. After the test is complete, your analog lines will automatically be calibrated to the results of the test.

• To run the test, first log into the Switchvox as an admin

• Then navigate to the Server tab and select Telephony Cards

• Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select to Run Echo Reduction Tool
