EA Taxi Dispatch (Taxi CRM)

This should work for inbound/outbound calls using the following Web Launcher string:

http://oktaxi.eataxidispatch.com/pages/callpickup.aspx?name=ok&number=%%caller_number%%&line=1

Note the "oktaxi" is the COMPANY NAME and will change PER customer. The rest of the URL should be the same. Please update oktaxi to their company name ;)
