Abacus Law (HUD Classic)

Most of the configuration for this integration is done by Abacus with their software, however, there are a few things we need to do for this to be successful.   In the HUD web launcher for Incoming Calls, the Silent and Auto-Launch boxes should be ticked, and we need to add the URL:  http://127.0.0.1/CallerID:%%caller_number%%

This interfaces with the Abacus program installed on the user's machine.  For dialing out, it is suggested that HUD (specifically the TAPI driver) be installed before Abacus goes on the machine and that the area code is defined for the PC in Control Panel -> Modems for their local number.  In the abacus software there will be a button that will allow the user to click-to-dial via the TAPI driver.
