How to change the backgroud picture on your Ploycom VVX model phone

  1. Log into the phone web interface by entering the IP of the phone in a web browser

Note: To locate the IP address of the Polycom phone hit Menu-> Status -> Network -> TCP/IP Parameters, take note of the listed IP address

  1. Log in as Admin and for the password enter 456

  2. Navigate to Preferences>Background

  3. Select the image you would like to use or you can upload one by clicking on Add a new background image
