How to resolve Switchvox softphone for iPhone crashing

If you are experiencing a crash when the Switchvox softphone app opens there may be an issue with the permissions allowed on the app. To resolve this, follow the below steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone

  2. Scroll down until you see the Switchvox Softphone app and select it

  3. Enable Microphone and Camera access

  4. Enable Notifications

Once this is done, retry the app and the issue should be resolved.
