Phones - How to change the backgroud picture on your Ploycom VVX model phone

Log into the phone web interface by entering the IP of the phone in a web browser
Note: To locate the IP address of the Polycom phone hit Menu-> Status -> Network -> TCP/IP Parameters, take note of the listed IP address
Log in as Admin and for the password enter 456
Navigate to Preferences>Background
Select the image you would like to use or you can upload one by clicking on Add a new background image
