Description: When attempting to transfer a call and pressing the Transfer key a final time, the call is dropped instead of completing the transfer. This is an intermittent issue and does not affect all calls. The problem appears to be caused by an issue in the phone firmware causing a delay in the signalling to complete the transfer until after the phone has started processing other actions.
