Support Services - Web GUI Failed to Connect to Database
When attempting to access the web GUI, the following message appears:
Failed to connect to the database. You have encountered an internal error with the administration suite. Please click the 'Report this Error' button below to send this error and information to assist in fixing this in the future or click the 'Ignore this Error' to return to the main menu without reporting this error.
When encountering this error, this usually points to a corruption in the database. If a restart does not fix the problem, you will need to re-install the software and restore from a previous backup in order to bring your system back online.
