Call Menu Example #1: Using Business Hours
In this example configuration, we will create a Business Hours schedule, apply the schedule in our main menu, configure a Day of the Week submenu for Business Hours operations, and configure the main menu to play a weekend greeting during our off-hours.

To create your Business Hours Schedule:
Login to your Admin Panel
Click on AutoAnswer --> scheduler
Create a new schedule called 'Business Hours'
Set the type to Weekday
Select Monday as the start day and Friday as the end day
Select 8 am as the start time, and 5 pm as the end time
Click Apply All Changes

To edit your Weekday submenu:
Click AutoAnswer --> sub-menus
Add steps to your submenu.Â

To edit your Main Menu:
Click AutoAnswer --> edit call menu
Under 'Add New Sequence', select After Step 1, Go to Ext/Submenu by schedule
Click Apply All Changes
The new sequence is applied. Select your weekday submenu and the Business Hours schedule
Add another sequence: Play Voiceprompt, Allow Keypress
Select your weekend greeting from the drop-down (you can create whatever greeting you wish)
Add any other steps you like
