Phones - Caller hears echo on Plantronics CS540 headset

When using a Plantronics CS540 headset there can be problems with acoustic echo. If you experience any issues with echo:

  1. Locate the switch on the wireless headset base marked A - G

  2. Move the switch into the A position to resolve acoustic echo
